A day out in the cold!!

Meet the crazy people that stayed out in the cold all day to watch......

THIS!!!! A house being put on its foundation.
This was a day filled with bike riding...

Swinging...
Standing by the fire.....

Hot Chocolate drinking.....

Posing for a picture to remember this day.......

And just hanging out......

Well here's alittle about our day - We got up around 7:30 - put on many layers of clothes - ran a few errand's - picked up Nana - and got the Uncle Ricky's by 10:30. We watched as they lowered both halves of the house with a huge crane. This was so cool to watch even though it was so cold. Well I guess that was our day - Hope you enjoy the pictures.

All the boxes to go out were already packed so we got the job of cleaning up and sorting the toys.
The kids worked hard sorting and cleaning up.

We bagged some of the small toys into bread bags to get them ready for next year!

Hannah may look mad but I just caught her off guard,
she was running around havin a good old time.

Daddy, Brady and Hannah working hard.

Our top helper - He worked the whole time and done a great job.

Even though we olny got to pack one box we still got to help out and get ready for next year.
We had a great time and as a treat we all went to McDonalds to play afterwards.

Library Chrstmas Party!

Today was the Library Christmas Party!

We couldn't talk Brady into going with us today even though it was to party.

Hannah had a great time listening to Dr. Bigbee tell stories
and having snacks with her friends.

Hannah's Crafting Class !

Every year one of our friends holds a crafting class to make Christmas Gifts. The problem is I want to keep all the crafts for myself.lol We had a great time. Hannah made a snowman lamp, angel bookmark, glass ornament, picture frame, foot care set, spice tea mix, and a bottle cap necklace. ( I got to make a necklace - they are so cute!!)

Here's some pictures of our class. We were so busy making things I didn't get alot of pictures. I guess that means we had more fun than time.

While we were at class the boys had a guys night. They cooked , played games and just hung out.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Our Week In Pictures!! And then some.......

Christmas at Cannonsburgh

We have had another blessed week! Just like always God is here and in control. Even with all the running and planning, Kenny being out of work and life in general I feel so blessed. No matter what we face God is always here helping us, guiding us and loving us. ( Even when we don't deserve it). That's sometimes hard for me to grasp because no matter what I do or don't do God will always love and care for me. What a loving and great God!
My prayer for this CHRISTmas season is that people will celebrate the true meaning of the season - JESUS and not the world. Gifts, parties, food and fun are great but he is greater.
So just remember durning this time that Jesus was born,
he lived and died for US and nothing else.

Praying thanks to God for everything because without him I would have nothing,

Merry Christmas,
Donna

Monday !!!

It has been crazy around here lately.

After taking some time off for Thanksgiving we hit the books today. The kids worked hard playing and schooling. I hope to get alot of work in this week because I know the closer it get to Christmas the harder it is to sit down and work.

The Wii game has been working great for behavior - All I have to do is say "Would you like me to pull your Wii Card". They have had lots of fun bowling, playing baseball and Hannah loves the boxing. She gets her workout and has fun at the same time.

Well I'm off the wrap some more presents. Until I remember someone that I forgot on my list I have all my presents and almost have them wrapped. Yea!
I love the Christmas Season - well maybe not the cold but the JOY of the season.

Merry Christmas!
Donna
