Preparing for International Night........

This year we are learning all about Christmas Island!

We have had a hard time finding recipes to try out so we found a Australian Bread (Damper) recipe and tried it. It was very easy and tasted pretty good.

We are going to practice a few more times before time to bake it for everyone to try.
